1. ADATA THE INFINITY PHOTOGRAPHY AWARDS 2025 will start from NOW and ends on Febuary 28, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Taipei Time (GMT+8).
2. ADATA will announce winners and honorable mention candidates on its Instagram feed and website on March 31, 2026. The adjudication team will determine rankings based on quality of photography, artistry of submitted works, and content of stories.
3. If ADATA finds that an entrant is using multiple accounts to register the same address and/or phone number, the accounts will be considered as the same entrant. ADATA reserves the right of final decision on the eligibility of participating works.
4. Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated. All gift card prizes are exclusively for Amazon.com (U.S. site only). In the event that a stated prize is unavailable, ADATA reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize at its sole discretion.
5. ADATA shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies in any of the information provided, including personal or contact details, and shall not be liable for such errors or any loss suffered by participants as a result.
6. These terms and conditions are to be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China) and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Taiwan New Taipei District Courts.
7. ADATA will notify winners once the winners have been selected and announced. If the winner does not reply within 2 weeks from the date of receiving the winner’s notification, winning status will be deemed forfeited and waived. In such case, ADATA reserves the right to select a new winner in any manner it sees fit.
8. ADATA reserves the right to amend, revise, delete, edit, add to, and/or withdraw these terms and conditions herein and the prizes at any time without notice. In this case, ADATA shall have no liability whatsoever to any participant as a result thereof.
9. Participants acknowledge and agree that all written and provided information is accurate. If any information is found to be untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, participants will be disqualified. If harm is caused to ADATA or to any third party, the responsible party will be held criminally responsible. ADATA is in no way legally responsible for any dishonest or improper information provided by participants.
10. Each entry submitted by participants shall comply with the applicable laws and regulations and not infringe any intellectual property rights and rights of any third party.
