How to join

Contest Rules

ADATA Photography Contest 2026

  1. Event Timeline
    The ADATA Photography Contest 2026 begins on October 20, 2026, and concludes on December 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Taipei Time (GMT+8).
  2. Winner Selection & Notification
    ADATA will announce the winners and Merit Award candidates on its official Instagram account and website on February 19, 2027. Rankings are determined by the adjudication team based on photography quality, artistry, and visual storytelling. Winners will be notified directly. If a selected winner fails to reply within two (2) weeks from the date the notification is sent, their winning status will be deemed forfeited and ADATA reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  3. Strict Prohibition of AI-Generated Content
    All submitted works must be 100% originally photographed by the entrant. The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) platforms to generate or heavily alter the core subject matter of the image is strictly prohibited. ADATA reserves the right to request original RAW files or unedited camera files (containing intact EXIF data) to verify the authenticity of any submission. Failure to provide proof of photographic authenticity upon request will result in immediate disqualification.
  4. Account Eligibility
    If ADATA determines that an entrant is utilizing multiple accounts to register under the same physical address and/or phone number, those accounts will be treated as a single entrant. ADATA reserves the right of final decision regarding the eligibility of any participant.
  5. Prize Conditions
    Prizes are subject to availability and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. All gift card prizes are exclusively valid for Amazon.com (U.S. site only). If a stated prize becomes unavailable, ADATA reserves the right to substitute it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  6. Platform Disclaimer
    This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
  7. Privacy Policy & Terms of Use
    By entering this contest, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and explicitly agree to be bound by ADATA’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Furthermore, entrants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal data by ADATA for the purposes of contest administration, winner notification, and prize fulfillment in accordance with the aforementioned Privacy Policy.

    Entrant represents and warrants that the submitted photograph is original and does not infringe any third-party rights.
  9. License to Submitted Works
    By entering the Contest, the entrant grants ADATA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute the submitted work for contest administration, promotional and marketing purposes.
  10. Disqualification and Contest Modification
    ADATA reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Rules or engages in fraudulent or abusive conduct and to modify, suspend or cancel the Contest where necessary.
