Event Period
The "Rising Star Creation Contest" ("Event") will commence on September 8, 2023 at 12:01 AM and conclude on October 27, 2023 at 11:59 PM GMT.

Event Guidelines

1. The theme of creation is "Dazzling Tomorrow” including but not limited to AI, new technologies, and NFTs, using the Hummingbird's Specified Colors: Red, Pink, Orange, Yellow, Green, Indigo, Blue, and Purple." Your presentation can be in the form of "Video, 3D, and Graphic".
2. During the event period, participants are required to upload original creations that align with the theme " Dazzling Tomorrow" on Instagram. Participants must publicly share their creations and include the designated tags @adata_global #ADATA #BuildtoCreate2023 #dazzlingart to complete event registration.

Award Mechanism

1. The judging process will be based on creativity and uniqueness, eye-catching elements, relevance to the competition theme, aesthetics, skills, and technical execution. A total of 30 winning entries will be selected.
2. After receiving awarded products, winners are required to write a product trial testimonial of 300 words or more and submit it to ADATA by December 31, 2023.
3. Publication rights for winning entries and testimonial content will be granted to ADATA for use on their official global website and social media platforms.
4. ADATA is expected to announce winners on November 28, 2023 on ADATA Global Instagram and this website.

Terms and Conditions

1. This event is organized by ADATA Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as the "Organizer").
2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify event guidelines and the event itself at any time. The Organizer may make modifications, corrections, deletions, edits, additions, and/or revocations without prior notice. In such cases, the Organizer assumes no legal responsibility for any participants.
3. Once participants join the event, they are considered to have accepted the terms and conditions of this document.
4. If the Organizer discovers participants using multiple accounts registered under the same address and/or phone number, these separate accounts will be deemed the same participant.
5. The Organizer reserves the right of final decision regarding any disputes over the eligibility of submitted creations.
6. The Organizer is not responsible for any inaccuracies or omissions in participant provided information and/or personal or contact details. The Organizer assumes no legal responsibility for any errors or losses incurred by participants as a result.
7. The terms and conditions of the event are governed, interpreted, and explained in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (Republic of China). Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Taipei District Court in Taiwan.
8. Prizes are subject to availability. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer retains the right to determine the allocation of different prizes.
9. After the Organizer decides and announces the winners, they will be notified. If a winner fails to respond to the winning notification within 2 weeks from the specified time, their eligibility will be forfeited. In this case, the Organizer reserves the right to decide and select a new winner in any appropriate and reasonable manner.
10. Once a participant's entry wins, the participant must provide high-resolution creation files of the submission. Participants shall grant the Organizer the permanent, global, and non-exclusive economic copyright to utilize the creation in various ways, including but not limited to in print or digital publishing, advertising, marketing, and sublicensing for value-added purposes. The platforms of use include but are not limited to the internet, television, mobile phones, print, and other known and unknown media. The creations may be reproduced, adapted, excerpted, or changed in form. In terms of moral copyright, it remains with the participant, who further agrees not to assert moral copyrights against the Organizer and those authorized to use the creation. The participant shall sign an authorization agreement or issue a statement before claiming the prize. Failure to sign the agreement or issue a statement will be considered forfeiting the prize.
11. Entries submitted by participants must be posted from public accounts on Instagram during the event period (for instance, participants cannot merely "tag" an earlier creation). Entries posted from private accounts and/or entries not posted during the event period will be disqualified.
12. Participants acknowledge and agree that all written and provided information is accurate and true. Any information found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete will result in disqualification. If harm is caused to the Organizer or any third party due to false information, the responsible party will bear legal consequences. The Organizer assumes no legal responsibility for any untrue or inappropriate information provided by participants.
13. Each entry submitted by participants must comply with applicable laws and regulations and not infringe on any intellectual property rights or any other rights of third parties. The Organizer will not be responsible for any disputes arising from such infringements. This event is in no way sponsored, administered, endorsed, or associated with Instagram.
