The earth is facing severe challenges that threaten natural ecosystems and biodiversity, requiring our attention and immediate action. Join the ADATA Hummingbird in protecting our environment and loving the planet! We invite children from around the world to express their creativity by painting their vision of a better tomorrow, while also thinking about how to protect our beautiful Earth! Remember to include the ADATA Hummingbird in your artwork!

No drawings will be supplied. Children can create freely according to the contest theme on blank 8K, A3 or A4 size drawing paper. Remember to add the little hummingbird!

Artwork Specifications
  • There are no restrictions on coloring techniques. Children can compose their artwork according to their own creative abilities with media including markers, colored pencils, watercolors, crayons, colored paper, etc.
  • Save completed artwork in JPG format with a resolution of no less than 300dpi. Complete the competition application by filling out the online registration form and uploading your artwork and photos.
  • Please select the appropriate category to participate. If selected age group is incorrect, the organizer reserves the right to cancel participant eligibility.

Contest Rules and Disclaimer
  • Participants or their legal representatives who complete the registration information on the event website are deemed to agree to abide by the rules of this event, and agree that the organizer may collect and process the personal information of all participants or their legal representatives related to this event in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of China. Participants or their legal representatives should provide accurate and complete contact information as the basis for communication during the event. The organizer is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information. However, contestants or their legal representatives may also legally assert their rights and interests in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Contact information:Event_MKT@adata.com. Service hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 18:00 (excluding holidays) and national holidays).
  • Each contestant is limited to one entry. The entry must be original, cannot plagiarize or misappropriate other works, and must not violate trademark law, copyright law, or other relevant laws and regulations. If a violation is discovered, the organizer will revoke participant's right to participate in the contest or win prizes. Awards and certificates conferred must be returned immediately and participants and their legal representatives agree to bear full responsibility for any violations. At the same time, the organizer reserves the right of legal recourse.
  • The organizer reserves the right to collect, exhibit, publish or otherwise use all entries in a commercial or non-commercial manner. However, the organizer will still denote the names of winners when utilizing entries to credit winning participants.
  • Contest results will be announced on December 5, 2024 and the organizer will notify winners via the email address provided by participants during registration. Participants must provide a valid email address, the sole channel in which the organizer can contact participants. Participants should check their email inboxes (including spam boxes).
  • Winners and/or legal representatives shall not request relevant awards and certificates be converted into cash or other goods or services. In addition, excluding awards and certificates stated in the event rules, winners and/or legal representatives cannot claim other rights and interests from the organizer including remuneration, royalties, etc.
  • Each participant and/or legal representative possesses only one opportunity to win and agrees to respect the professional evaluation of the organizer and harbor no objections to the results of the contest.
  • The organizing unit will bear the shipping costs of the prizes; however, winners may be required to bear any other relevant taxes or fees as specified by relevant tax laws (if applicable). If the winners are unwilling to cooperate, it will be considered as giving up the eligibility for the prize, and there will be no objections.
  • The organizer reserves the right to verify winner information and require proof of identity, age, address, and other information, and to withdraw prizes if the organizer possesses reasonable grounds to believe that there has been a violation of the terms and conditions of the contest.
  • If there are any ambiguities or other unspecified matters regarding this event, the organizer reserves the right to make final interpretations and changes. In addition, the organizer also reserves the right to cancel this event. Please heed announcements on the event website at all times as information conveyed in said announcements shall prevail in case of inconsistency.
  • The terms and conditions of the event are subject to interpretation, jurisdiction, and clarification in accordance with the laws of Taiwan. Participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan New Taipei District Court.
